If you've initiated your return in our Returns Center, you will get an email confirmation when we've received your item(s). During busy periods such as sale and holiday, additional processing time may be required.
For refunds, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to get reflected in your account. If your return does not meet the conditions stated in our return policy (items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged with all original tags attached), the package will be sent back to you.
For exchanges, your exchange will ship shortly after we receive your original item. You will get an email confirmation with the new UPS tracking number once the exchange order ships.
