When will my order ship?

Typically orders placed Monday through Friday will ship 1-3 business days from the day you place your order. You will receive an email confirmation with a UPS tracking number when the order ships.

Due to high holiday volumes, we are experiencing up to 7 day delay shipping orders. We are processing orders as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.  

Please note: Mavi customer service and warehouse will be closed for Christmas and New Years. During these times, we will not be shipping orders. Orders placed after Thursday, Dec 21st 12:00PM EST will ship Tuesday, Dec 26th or later.
