No. If you had eligible rewards points but forgot to apply them at checkout, we cannot apply them retroactively.
If the order has not shipped, we recommend canceling your order ASAP by contacting us at hello@mavi.com
If your order has shipped, your points will be available for use on your next order. Please note, if you have rewards points available to redeem, log into your account and at checkout, any available points will be redeemable by clicking on the "Choose reward" dropdown.
