Where can I enter a promo code at checkout?

Promo codes can be entered at checkout at the "Information" step of the process as illustrated below: 

DESKTOP CHECKOUT: 

MOBILE CHECKOUT: 

On mobile devices, expand the "Show order summary" menu at checkout :

Once your order summary is expanded, you will see a box where you can enter your promo code.
