Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled if they have not shipped. Please email [e-mail] with your order number and/or the email address used to place the order and we'll do our best to cancel it before it ships. 

For orders that have shipped, unfortunately, the order may not be rerouted. Please follow our regular returns & exchange process to send the ordered item(s) back for a full refund.
