What is the return policy?

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange them for a different size, provided the following: 

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the day you place your order. 
• The returned item(s) have not been washed, worn, or damaged, and all original tags must be attached.
• Your item(s) were not Final Sale.

If your order doesn't fit and you'd like to exchange it for a different size, we offer free exchanges.

If you'd like to return your order for a full refund, a $7 shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed. We offer free exchanges of the same item for a different size.

Holiday return policy: Orders placed between 11/17/2025 through 12/12/2025 can be returned through 1/12/2026

If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please initiate the return for each order separately and print and return the orders with their designated POs. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return and refund.
