What is the return policy?

For orders placed from Nov 6 through Dec 6, enjoy extended holiday returns and exchanges through Jan 13, 2025.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange it for a different size provided the following: 

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the day you place your order. 
• The returned item(s) have not been washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached.
• Your item(s) was not Final Sale.

If your order doesn't fit and you'd like to exchange it for a different size, we offer free exchanges.

If you'd like to return your order for a full refund, a $7 shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed. Rewards members in the Gold or Icon tier enjoy free returns. 

To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Returns Center and follow the step-by-step instructions to print your return label. 

If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please initiate the return for each order separately and print and return the orders with their designated POs. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return and refund.
