How do refunds work if I paid with a gift card or store credit?

If your order was paid using a Mavi gift card and a credit card, refunds are applied to the gift card first. Any remaining amount is then refunded to the original credit card.

Good to know:
• If any part of your purchase was made with a gift card or merchandise credit, that portion of the refund will be issued back as a gift card or merchandise credit.
• Gift cards cannot be refunded to a credit card
