Yes. Online orders can be returned at any of our retail store locations.
Returning to the store
1. Bring the item to a store.
2. Provide your order number or the email used for the purchase.
3. A store associate will locate your order and process the return.
4. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Important to know
• Online orders cannot be returned at outlet locations.
• In-store returns are for refunds only. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.
• In-store refunds are not subject to the $7 return fee.
• Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• All standard return policy and eligibility guidelines still apply.
If you don't have a Mavi store nearby, returns can easily be completed through our online return system.
A size exchange is free online. Returns submitted for refund by mail are subject to the $7 return fee.

Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store. The online return portal cannot be used for store purchases.
